Returns/Refunds
Upon receipt of your item, if you are unhappy with an item please contact me! I do have a ONE time exchange policy for sizing issues only, but you must contact me within three days of receiving your items and then the items must be returned within 7 days of receipt and in "new" condition. Once I receive your item back, I will be happy to ship out the correct size free of charge. Customers are responsible for return shipping and must include your name, email and what size you would like to exchange it for. If you do not contact me within 3 days of receipt and/or return item within 7 days of receiving item than no exchange for sizing will be accepted.
We do not accept returns or exchanges at all on the following items:
*Any item that is altered by a change of cut
*Custom requests that are beyond the variations listed.
For these items there are no returns, refunds, or exchanges.
I do not accept cancellations/returns/refunds. Exchanging your order due to the sizing is only accepted upon shop approval and once your have contacted me. If you have questions about sizing or styles please confirm prior to ordering.
All sales items are final sale, no exchanges.
